I’ve been asking to truly understand the things that have been told from teacher to student but without the reason to why; which I find is something that I’ve taken as ‘that’s just what you do, if you do energy work’.
And one of the topics I’ve wanted more information on is ‘Grounding’ or ‘being Grounded’.
This term has now become common knowledge as a practice that is beneficial to your health and wellbeing. People now use terms such as ‘being more present’, ‘they’re too much in their head’ or ‘I’m not in my body’. And most peopleunderstand that when you are grounded, you feel more centred, more secure and present to your surroundings.
But I wanted to explore.. ‘why’.
Why do we feel this way when we ground ourselves?
What is it about being ‘grounded’ that is so important and why it is so imperative to our overall health?
And you may just be surprised by the answers I received.
