Holding the Space for Love and Light
I can imagine that the events of the last few days have deeply saddened many people, so I want to extend my warmest wishes to you and send you some Love.
Many Australians as well as overseas people are feeling the effects of both the Martin Place siege,the Pakistan killings and now the Cairns children.
And first want to acknowledge the victims, hostages, family, friends, police and negotiators and all those involved. I send you all Love and Massive Golden light, support and healing your way.
I also want to touch on how this may be affecting you, whether you are directly affected or indirectly, merely due to being human and a heartfelt being.
Recently, I had a brief conversation with someone who felt shaken by the events that have taken place and didn’t know how to move past it. And I wanted to share a little bit about how I manage a situation like this, if you too are feeling the same.
Firstly, know that what you are experiencing is totally normal. Every person will respond to a situation like this in their own way. And don’t feel like you are silly if you are not directly connected to the events. Energetically you are. Energetically you are connected to everything. As All is One. You can’t separate yourself from these events.
Secondly, I do what I know. This makes me feel helpful and that I am contributing to creating positive energy to the situation.
For example, I had the opportunity to spend time sending some distant healing on the situation and people involved.
I also asked for Light, Protection and every Angel, every Ascended Master, every Spirit Guide and every love filled positive energy being to be present, to protect and to help peacefully resolve the situation.
So I did what I felt I could do with the knowledge and skills I have, to help bring about a positive situation.
I also sent out positive messages via social media.
And the next day created a healing mandala (above) to help with healing the situation and to hold space for compassion, love and peace.
For me, choosing Love and healing and asking for that to be created, is how I manage, ground myself and positively work through these awful and horrific incidences. Also I cry and grieve and allow that to occur.
Now, you may be thinking…
“these aren’t my skills, so what can I positively contribute?”
And so you may wish to ask yourself… “what are my strengths and skills?”
Maybe you are a great compassionate communicator, so talking positively to people, allowing people to to talk openly regarding how they feel etc will be helpful.
Maybe you make great cakes, so baking for a cause, for loved ones or neighbours whilst filling your food with love and gratitude may send out your love to others.
Or maybe your a great writer and wish to write down your hopes and dreams and send them out to the Universe via your blog.
Whatever your skill.
Whatever your strength…
Do it with Love and Light, Compassion and Courage…. and this will ripple out to others, building on the Love effect. Sending out Love via every nook and cranny. Every thought and action. Which also helps you build that grounding and gratitude within yourself.
And reminding yourself…
I choose Love. Always.

You can purchase these from chemists and health food stores. If you are unable too, message me and I can mix you up a remedy and post it out to you.
