Day #84 (Plants in Places)
Plants are a great reflection of your space and of you!
The more you connect to your plants the more you will get a feel of how your space and your energy will be reflected in either one plant, a couple or all of your plants.
The plant in today’s picture is one of my indoor plants. It was left outside in a hot sunny place during our move into our new home, not ideal for this type of plant and so the leaves got burnt. It also is reflection of how I and maybe my partner have been feeling after our move. It’s been a biggy and we are kinda feeling burnt out.
The best thing I can do with this plant is to nurture it and nurture me and my family. And it will soon return to health and we as a family will feel rested and settled.
Another great example I saw happening with this theory, is with a plant that is placed in the reception area of a clinic I used to work from. The plant is a Peace Lily and was placed just inside the front door to the clinic and would absorb and hold space for the clients coming and going. This plant seemed to need the most attention out of all of the clinic space and out of all the other Peace Lilies. As it required the most water and would wilt often.
It felt like the plant was helping to clear the space of any illness energy or fear from people who accessed the clinic and it was working hard.
For an area like this, a great thing that could be done to help keep the plant happy and the space clear from heavy energy, is to ensure the plant is well watered and fertilised and to also add more plants to help lessen the work load.
More plants will not only help with clearing the negative and many different energies entering the building but provide cleaner air and support the Yang energy here.
A great experiment for you to try is to pick a plant of your choice and with intention and maybe a little chat with your plant, assign the plant as your ‘Energy Indicator Plant’, you may even know which one it is already. And notice how your relationship grows and how both of you start to reflect each other. By nurturing this plant you will be not only tending to your plant but nurturing you.
Oh you could almost call it ‘The ET Theory’! That’s a bit cool.
Remember the movie ET and how he became connected to the flower in the pot and the kids knew by looking at the health of the flower how ET’s energy levels were? Same same!
If you decide to try this experiment pleeeeeeease share your story with us, this is what I live for! Beautiful connecting stories are the best example of how we are all connected and how amazing this world is.
Oh and even better, take a piccie of you and your plant and tag me!
