Day #7 [General]
Let’s talk a bit about the amazing theory that is the Chinese 5 elements.
Now, can I say… I love working with the 5 Element theory!
Acupuncturists, Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctors, Tai Chi practitioners, Qi Gong, Kinesiologists, Energetic Healing practitioners, Chinese Astrologers and Feng Shui consultants all use the Chinese 5 Elements as a healing method.
It is both beautifully simple and amazingly complex all at the same time.
The 5 Elements are Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and Wood.
Each has qualities about them which are tangible, emotional, mental and spiritual.
There are corresponding organs, colours, meridians, emotions, body parts, Flying Stars (Feng Shui energies), seasons, forms, environments, personality characteristics, dietary recommendations and much much more.
The way they work together or react with one another can provide you, in detail, what food to eat, colour is best on a wall, what remedy to place in a room, the dynamics of your family, what sport you would best suit down to your relationship with your mother.
Yes they can tell you that and much, much more.
The information and detail about your home or business is written in the 5 Elements and how they can be mathematically calculated to provide you with a birth chart of your building. Almost like your Astrological birth chart.
This is called the Flying Stars school of Feng Shui.
There are many layers to Feng Shui… and the deeper you go the more you can uncover and connect to.
