Day #53 (Sacred Space)
Ting-Shas are beautiful instruments or tools which can be incorporated into any ritual, meditation practice and space clearing. They can be used for many purposes.
I love my Ting-sha and I use them in my space clearing service as well as a healing tool with clients.
I love listening to the difference in the sound as the energy starts to clear.
Usually if the energy is thick and heavy, so too will be the sound of the cymbals. And as the energy starts to clear the sound becomes clean and resonates out and for longer.
They are a Buddhist sacred tool used for meditation, ritual and pray and are said to ‘summon’ us, to awaken us to become present. Their sound is also used as an offering for ‘hungry ghosts’.
The ‘hungry ghosts’ are that part of ourselves who are never satisfied, are jealous and greedy, always wanting and attaching ourselves to outcomes.
Ting-sha are powerful space clearing tools that can be sounded out within a room, building or space. And can also assist in centring you and honing your focus and can be rung over each chakra to help align them.
As they are a sacred tool they are to be kept and used with respect.
Most Ting-shas have Tibetan sacred symbols on them which infuse the sound with their qualities.
P.S. Please share it on your Facebook, Twitter or any other social media site just for the LOVE of it.
