Day #46 (Declutter)
Is it time to declutter your wardrobe?
I’m sure you know the answer to this. Your wardrobe reflects your inner world, how you see yourself and how you like to present yourself to the world.
Think about it… How many times have you opened your wardrobe and either cringed or couldn’t find something that ‘fit’ with your energy on the day. And remember the times you get to wear your favourite dress, shirt or jeans and how they make you feel every time you put them on.
The state of your wardrobe can tell you a lot about what you ‘store’ within your psyche and how you feel about yourself. Is it time to come out of the closet?
Decluttering your wardrobe can help clear unwanted ‘baggage’, negative thoughts about yourself and boost your self esteem.
It’s not only about the stuff you store in there, it also about the clothes that you wear.
When you declutter your wardrobe you should also be looking at the clothes that make you feel blah… and giving these away.
Like with any space or room, removing anything that makes you feel blah and replace it with something you love will help boost your energy and self love.
