Declutter under the bed for better health.
One area where clutter seems to easily accumulate is under the bed, especially in children’s rooms.
And as discussed before clutter stagnates and slows down energy.
As you sleep for many hours you are highly influenced by the energy in your bedroom, so keeping this area of your home clean and clear is highly important.
For children, clutter may enhance challenging behaviours.
Though on a purely physical level clutter under the bed can stagnate the energy within the physical body. Clutter or items in general hold lots of information, books especially and it is this energy or information that fills the space and creates stagnation.
The clutter slows down the physical processes and because we process, restore and repair whilst we sleep, keeping the bed clear will help keep this form of processing flowing and natural.
Clutter under the bed can not only affect the physical but can also make you feel unmotivated and can affect the quality of your sleep.
