3 Things to do to Restore Health in your Home.

Yep it has hit our household.
The dreaded lurgy.
Coughing, snot, fevers, conjunctivitis, tiredness and feeling rotten.
And the boys are just getting over it.
But you know that feeling… when your kids are getting better.
They start to pumble each other again, they start to yell and scream just like normal and the illnesses are lifting.
Ahh sweet relief.
And here are the 3 main things I love to do right at this stage.
1) Open all the windows in the house. It doesn’t matter how cold it is. Open them. Even for a short time. This will refresh your space, clear the staleness and bring in fresh clean air.
2) Change the bedsheets. There is nothing better than crawling into a nice clean bed after a few days of sneezing and snots. And if it’s cold weather, flannelette sheets and flannelette jimjams is so comforting for the little ones.
3) Burn refreshing and revitalising essential oils. My favourite 3 to lift and feel ‘alive’ again are Orange, Lavender and Patchouli that I blend together. Orange helps to lift the mood and revitalise, Lavender I find grounding and calming and Patchouli again is a mood lifter and stimulates the energy.
