3 Favourite Feng Shui Meditations

One thing that is really important practice to maintain is meditation. As a Feng Shui consultant it helps me to connect to a space. I use it directly to connect to the energy of a site, but also as a personal practice for many different benefits.
Here are just 3 of my favourites.
1) Connecting to my Sacred Space.

2) Chakra Cleansing Meditation
I like to call this one ‘dump and fill’. Clearing your chakras and then filling them up with amazing massive golden light is a great way to start to shift the blocks from your energy body which resonates out through to your mental, emotion, spiritual and physical self.
3) Yoga Nidra
this is the perfect meditation to get back into your body and release tension on a very deep level. It is also known as the Psychic Sleep as each 30mins of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 2hours sleep.
