There are days when I wake up and feel a bit shit.
Whether that is lack of sleep (I see all parents hands go up), feeling out of sorts or a little run down.
But you generally soldier on, push that momentum up the hill and keep going.
And it’s usually very normal in our busy lives.
But fortunately, I have come across these 3 little gems of practices that I like to integrate into my morning routine.
Now, I’m not the best to sticking with things and these are the ones that have stuck the most.
So, I’m sharing some things I love to do that helps me to stay on track, boost me energetically and create a little bit more space and freedom.
