Day #2 [Declutter]
Decluttering is THE no.1 practical thing that you can do to help improve your life.
That’s a big call I know, but clutter can negatively impact all areas of your life. From how you manifest abundance, move forward, think, feel emotionally overwhelmed to whether or not you can let go of a past event.
Clutter not only heeds your space but also drains your energy and has a negative effect on your physical, mental and emotional mindset.
Hence all the fuss about de-cluttering!
Clutter stagnates energy and energy flow. Dust is a great indication of motionless energy, it’s like a physical manifestation of stagnation. So don’t ignore your dust!
Coming from a Feng Shui perspective, clutter can also stagnate an aspect of your life which heeds your ability to move forward. For example, in Compass School Feng Shui if your North East sector is cluttered it may block your attempts to acquire knowledge, excel academically, or cause you to become lazy for your thirst to seek self-improvement or development skills. And if you have a ‘Youngest Son’ he may also become lethargic and lack motivation.
BEST DE-CLUTTERING TIP E.V.E.R!
If you find you are stuck in some aspect of your LIFE, look around your space and see what needs de-cluttering the most! Decluttering this area may relieve the heavy stagnant feeling and open you up to receiving new and free-flowing energy, which in turn can assist in shifting the block in your life.
De-cluttering allows you to let go of the old in order for new revitalising energy to enter – new possibilities, new opportunities!
More effects of how clutter can affect aspects of your life and physical body in the days and weeks to come.
In the meantime – out with the old and in with the new!
Enjoy decluttering and let’s chat tomorrow.
